چکیده

An in-situ hydrothermal process was used to create Co-doped ZnO/CdS nanosheets in order examine the effects of divalent impurity (Co) ions on structural, morphological, optical, and magnetic characteristics test material. For both ZnO CdS, XRD verified development a hexagonal wurtzite structure. SEM, TEM, HR-TEM studies produced sheet-like morphology. Elemental mapping XPS examination presence essential elements (S, Cd, O, Co, Zn). Co-doping dramatically increased nanosheets’ ability absorb light visible area. Comparing bandgap energy pure nanocomposites, (2.59 eV) well-regulated. The PL spectrum at 577 nm showed prominent yellow emission band that attributed 4A2g(F) ? 4T1g(F) transition. Improvement room temperature ferromagnetic properties observed due doping Co2+ ions. Warm white harvesting confirmed by estimated CCT value (3540 K). material appears be suitable for creation next-generation optoelectronic devices.

A One-step Hydrothermal Method of Nitrogen-doped Graphene Quantum Dots Decorated Graphene for Fabrication of Paper-based Fluorescent Composite

A facile approach for producing fluorescent composite paper containing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots (N-GQDs) and graphene on the surface of the modified fibers was implemented from the exfoliation of graphite oxide (GO) using a one-step hydrothermal method. The properties of the composite paper were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanni...

N‐Doped Carbon-Wrapped Cobalt Nanoparticles on N‐Doped Graphene Nanosheets for High-Efficiency Hydrogen Production

Development of non-noble-metal catalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) with both excellent activity and robust stability has remained a key challenge in the past decades. Herein, for the first time, Ndoped carbon-wrapped cobalt nanoparticles supported on N-doped graphene nanosheets were prepared by a facile solvothermal procedure and subsequent calcination at controlled temperatures. Th...

Fabrication of ZnO nanorods for optoelectronic device applications

Hydroxyl free zinc oxide nanorods have been synthesized by a catalyst free surfactant based one-step solid state reaction process. The powder X-ray diffraction studies reveal well defined wurtzite peaks due to crystalline ZnO, while optical absorption spectra represent prominent exciton absorption and remarkable blueshift in the onset of absorption. As predicted by transmission electron microsc...

Ultra-efficient electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution at one-step carbonization generated molybdenum carbide nanosheets/N-doped carbon.

The hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) from water through electrocatalysis using highly active noble metal-free catalysts as an alternative to precious Pt-based catalysts holds great promise for clean and renewable energy systems. Here, Mo2C nanosheets well-regulated in N-doped carbon (MCNS/NC)are facilely achieved by in situ confining carburization of a Mo-based inorganic-organic lamellar mesos...

Cobalt or Silver Doped WO3 Nanowires Deposited by a Two-Step AACVD for Gas Sensing Applications

A two-step procedure was implemented to obtain tungsten oxide nanowires (WO3) doped with cobalt or silver oxide nanoparticles from metal-organic precursors, W(CO)6, Co(acac)2 and Ag(acac)2. In the first step, nanowires were grown at 400 °C using an aerosol assisted chemical vapor deposition system (AA-CVD) and subsequently annealed at 500 °C for 2 h. In the second step, metal loading (at differ...
